Mexican Billionaire Carlos Slim has offered Manny Pacquiao a guaranteed purse of $65 million just to fight Saul Alvares in Mexico. For those people who haven't heard of Carlos Slim before, he is currently ranked by Forbes as the world's wealthiest man with an estimated net worth of $74 Billion. Majority of his wealth is derived from telecommunication company, raw materials, construction, financial institutions, tobacco companies and even owns a percentage of the New York Times group to name just a few.
